Chocolate chip banana bread recipe (makes 5 slices)
- 100g oats, blended
- 1 over ripe banana, mashed
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tbsp dark chocolate chips
- Pre-heat oven to 200C fan/ 425 Fahrenheit/ gas mark 7.
- Blend oats to a flour.
- Mash banana.
- Put everything into a bowl, stir until combined then pour mixture into any size oven-proof dish.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
If you are gluten free, make sure you use gluten free oats for this recipe.
If you are vegan, swap the eggs for four tablespoons of yoghurt.
